Dr. Updegraff genuinely cares for her patients. She is a great listener, very supportive, and always cheerful and encouraging. And now because she is with MDVIP she has more time to see you when you need to see her. She has been my primary care for over a decade. You couldn't find a better pcp who wants to help you in your health journey.

Dr. Updegraff’s new office was a very pleasant experience compared to SCH. The staff was very courteous, skillful, and knowledgeable. I am glad that Dr. Updegraff now has the proper time to treat her patients and to get to know them better. 1/2 of 1.

I actually look forward to visiting Dr. KU. Care is top notch and always have support to make positive life changes, without feeling like a chore. Highly recommend, especially now under MDVIP where is easy to get seen if something unexpected pops up.

Dr Updegraff is amazing. She really cares about her patients. She always listens to what you say. Her kindness has helped me through the death of my son and 2 years later the death of my husband from cancer.. in my opinion she’s The Best!

Dr. Updegraff is the best or, at the very least, one of the best doctors in the area. She's been my PCP for about 15 years. My last visit was the easiest to get in less than two weeks for an explanation of test results. The wait before she actually walked in the room wasn't as long as it normally has been (nearly an hour!). If you can afford the annual MDVIP membership fee, you should choose her or stick with her. That's what I would do! Dr. Updegraff, I will miss you and wish you the best!
