Dr. Kristen Willett

My "emergency appt" was with Dr Willet. I was crawling on the floor and throwing up, trying to fill in my paperwork in this "doctor's" office. (But she STILL didn't send me to the hospital!!) I could not stand up for the xray. I had an ENORMOUS extrusion (that "Dr" Willet missed). I requested an immediate MRI, and instead...she tagged me as "drug seeking " and sent me home with a steroid pack and scheduled an MRI for half a month later. I suffered unbearably for 2 days, and finally contacted another orthopedist... who actually DID an EMERGENCY MRI based on my SAME symptoms. "Dr" Willet completely ignored all of my symptoms. All of the nerves to my lower body were CUT OFF by this enormous extrusion. Dr Willet also convinced my family members, that I was faking all of my symptoms. I also had my 4 year old son, and 2 year old daughter with us at the appointment. I FELL DOWN trying to walk to the car. Go elsewhere. This "doctor " has absolutely nothing helpful to offer. She's… condescending and arrogant. Absolutely no compassion and her enormous ego prevents her from using common sense... and "practicing " basic medicine. Emergency surgery was obviously required. I still suffer permanent nerve damage.

She has been very caring and responsive to my needs. Treatment has been spot on!

Completely incompetent. RUN AWAY!! This "person " has absolutely no compassion, or any side of humanity. Please look elsewhere.

I brought in my son who has a large bulging disk. He plays college football and resumes spring practice in 7 days. He was in desperate need of a cortisone shot to get out of horrible pain. For the next 7 days her Resurgens staff did nothing to get an appointment set up. He is now back at school in excruciating pain playing college football. Dr Willet plays Doctor but cares )% about the pain her patients are in. She should find another profession.

Dr Willett is always very kind and eager to get you back to a more comfortable place with spinal issues. She listens and provides compassionate care. Many years ago she helped me with a neck issue. The physical therapist she recommended was incredibly helpful and Helped me to understand shall needed to do to get better.

Always very friendly and helpful to address any issues I may have on any of my scheduled appointments. I have been with Dr Willet for over 14 years and would recommend her to family and friends

I have benefitted from the expertise of Dr. Willett for the past 6 years. She has administered epidurals to my lower spine to alleviate tremendous lower back pain. She has earned my confidence that for each epidural she has exhibited compassion and care, and perhaps above all, precision!

Excellent doctor. Helped me alleviate pain in lower back and numbness/tingling in feet. performs procedures effectively and explains them well. Makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Willett was very caring and compassionate to me. She was able to relieve me of pain for years with spinal injections. This may not always be the fix all for everyone because eventually surgery may be the only way to fix the problem. She was honest regarding the injections and the prognosis and she got me through several years with comfort.
