Dr. Kristi D Henderson, MD

I just left signature care with my son, who is suffering from severe dehydration. He also has mental health issues. We saw Dr. Henderson at signature care. They ran tests and started to give him an IV. My son went into a full-blown panic attack and his fight or flight kicked in and he needed to leave he wanted to get out and get air. I told the doctor he was having a panic attack and she suggested Benadryl. My son is on anxiety medication prescribed by his psychiatrist and I told her that if Benadryl was all she could give him that I would just take him home and get his anxiety medication and bring him back because she didn’t want to give that to him, we signed paperwork that he was leaving against medical advice. As we were walking out, the police were walking up to us. Apparently Dr. Henderson called in a criminal trespass against my son because he could not stay due to his panic attack. This doctor has no care or regard for mental health issues, and in my opinion should not be… practicing. I will be following up with the medical board and every hospital that she practices in. As my son was in a panic attack, he was then humiliated by the police in front of signature healthcare. If I could leave zero stars, I would I do not suggest anyone let this doctor treat them.

Doctor Henderson misdiagnosed my family member and caused a cascade of disruption in our lives, racked up two ER bills plus an ambulance transfer in the middle of the night, and unnecessary stress and worry. You expect a "Doctor" to know the difference between acid reflux and a heart attack. Obviously she doesn't. And Texarkana said she sends people's out with fictitious diagnoses all the time. Why???
