Dr. Kristi Noel Hennan, MD

I personally liked kristi a lot. I felt like I could be totally honest with her and she understood me very well. I was sad when she moved to Salem for work. I would recommend anybody to her. I loved that she had shoe day once a week, she would wear exotic shoes on that day. Wish she could still be my Dr.

Its unexpected and refreshing to have a provider that genuinely cares. Sorry that she's no longer at Rogue Community health.

This place is nothing short of a cluster. I put up with it for quite sometime because they had a doctor there( Kristi Hennan) that was absolutely fabulous. Now that she is gone, so am I. Do yourself a favor and look for healthcare somewhere else.

Great Doctor, I had her at Newport Family Medicine in California and she was great!

Dr. Hennan has been my PCP for last 7 years. I've seen her maybe a handful times since I only go to the doctor about once a year and because she has been on leave for the last year. Additionally, when she is not available, I'll see the nurse practitioner instead who has always been great. Before my last visit, I thought Dr. Hennan was great doctor. I read the reviews about her being sarcastic and condescending which I thought was odd because I never had that experience. During my last visit, I was flabbergasted by how exceptionally rude, condescending and dismissive she was. I maybe see a doctor once a year for a check-up so I am definitely not a hypochondriac. I had to beg for her administer additional testing to make sure everything is okay. She reluctantly agreed and THEN commented that there might be certain things wrong with me. He attitude, rudeness and sarcasm was shocking considering how nice she has always been. I noticed that her reviews on Yelp and other sites are… either a 1 or 5 and nothing ever in between. It leads me to believe that she is either bipolar or maybe some of the 5 star ratings are fake. Either way, I will definitely will not be returning.

Have been going there for years and it's like she's part of the family. Great doctor and very trustworthy.

Either her office has favorites or they have been consistent at providing my wife with horrible care. My wife just came home crying that Dr. Hennan yelled at her during her visit. My wife asked for any options outside of using Vicodin, and after the visit she prescribed her even stronger Vicodin. This was after Dr.Hennan called her a drug addict and said her insurance pays her bills not her. What drug addict asks for options??? She should also understand who are her customers. The office consistently makes mistakes. They called her the day before her appointment to confirm a different time. She has had several issues with the pharmacy not receiving her prescriptions. When she asks for the office to resend and confirm, they refuse to do so and say it must be the pharmacy's fault. That sort of response does not resolve the issue. The sad thing is she has such great reviews.... questionable. I guess if you want a doctor that resolves problems by prescribing high doses of Vicodin, she is… great if you can get them to contact your pharmacy.

Dr Hennan is awesome. She really spends time listening to you. She has a great attitude and you can tell she really enjoys her job.

Dr. Hennan might be a great MD, however her bedside manner needs some work, especially her poor word choices such as welcoming phrase after I shared my problem "Oh, that will never heal." That is not what you want to hear from your doctor, do you....?
