Dr. Kristi Anne Kerner, MD

I've been very happy working with Dr Kerner from 2019-2021. She's an attentive listener, funny, and supportive of patient requests or initiatives. I find her extremely competent but also humble and caring. I have felt comfortable addressing infertility issues, hearing issues, foot pain, back pain and have seen great success working with her and her recommended specialist peers. She and her staff are also very cognisant of referrals being approved by insurance and that's something I've always been grateful for.

I love Dr. Kerner . I’ve been going to her for 6 months . Very thorough and answers all of my questions . I’ve had a lot of issues getting through with phone calls or medicines , was told my favorite nurse was taken from her to a different department - I’m very disappointed !!! New nurse is rude and never returns call.

I saw Saw Dr Kerner today to meet her after my doctor retired. I was so sad when my NP left. She was the best ever and would listen and not rush you. Her name was Sherry Bender NP now retired. . I prayed for God to send me another good doctor in the same practice. Dr Kristi Kerner was awesome . She listened to me and was not at all in a hurry. She was an answer to my prayer.

I had my first ever appointment today with Dr. Kerner. She was amazing and so were her staff. She truly listened about my issues, and took her time to listen. She had a lot of compassion. I would recommended her to anyone. I was nervous about this appointment for the last four or five days and she took that all away. I highly recommend!

The wait time for me is the only problem, and it's not the wait time in the waiting room, its waiting 2 weeks until your next appointment and then them having to reschedule it, and it having to be put another 2 weeks out. If it wasn't for that, I'd give them 5 stars because Dr Kerner is a great doctor, she really takes the time to talk to you, and fully explain everything in detail to where you can understand it better. Best doctor I've had in years.

I would definitely recommend this physician. Listens and then explains in a clear easy to understand manner.

I absolutely adore Dr. Kerner, and the staff at St Francis Neighborhood Center too. People seem to think that the wait time is longer than it should be, but personally I don't have a problem with that. To me it's worth however long only because I know that they are using that time to talk and to treat each patient. They remind me of family with the care and attention that they give to each one. I can only hope that they will be there for me for the remainder of my life here and that my insurance will always allow me to continue being seen right here at this location.

I have been a patient for 3 months and called for two weeks straight without a call back! The staff never answered the phone and never returned my calls to make an appointment. I finally switched doctors.
