Talking to her about my signs and symptoms and how I was feeling, I felt like she wasn’t listening and she also kept cutting me off. Felt like she didn’t care and wanted to rush me out of my appointment. Talked to another doctor after her and they were more than happy to help me and care about how I was feeling.

I did a Teladoc appointment with her today. She advertised herself as a video call provider and after waiting my turn I received a phone call from Teladoc that she was not doing video calls, she was only providing phone calls. When she finally called me, she rushed my phone call, I uploaded a really good picture of my throat but she was acting like she couldn’t give me a good diagnosis based on my picture. After asking me some questions she gave a diagnosis and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. My pharmacist couldn’t give me the prescription because of her lack of instructions on the medicine prescribed. They called Teladoc several times and nobody could help my local Pharmacist to get in touch with her. She also called me with NO CALLER ID. Very disappointed with the service provided and I will not recommend this Doctor to anyone.

I talked with her on Teladoc. From the very beginning of the call she seemed irritated to be talking to me. She was so rude, unprofessional, and flat out disrespectful. It made my experience while sick awful. I have never been spoken to by any doctor the way she spoke to me. I could not believe it.

Awful place of business-you will sit and wait-and wait,,, and wait some more-no one ever calls back-and heaven forbid you have a billing problem!!!!!! All about the almighty dollar and NOT the patient-RUN!

Dr. Lentsch is wonderful. She spent a lot of time with me and paid attention to details of my medical history. She is very up to date with current studies and diagnostics. I felt like I was having an easy conversation with a close friend. It is very refreshing to have this kind of experience from a doctors office. Excellent care from the front door to the back.
