Dr. Kristi Morgan Mulchahey

Every appointment I would wait at least 1 hour past my appointment time to be called back. The front desk clerks were very rude and didn't seem to have time for anyone. I would call the office with problems from birth control and they wouldn't answer or call back. They messed up lab paperwork multiple times, so more waiting at the labs because the office won't answer their phone. Once I was getting a blood glucose check (which you cant eat before) and was sitting in the office for 3 HOURS past the scheduled time without eating. I eventually called my regular doctor and got him to fax a new set of paperwork to the lab so I could get the test done because Dr. Mulchahey's office was not answering. When I finally decided to get my records and move, the office still would not answer. I switched gynecologists without any records. On the positive side, when you FINALLY get in to see Dr. Mulchahey, she is very kind. Her bedside manner is wonderful. She is very calm and patient when explaining… things. It's just not worth having to deal with the office and waiting.

The Dr is good but we had to wait an hour and a half past the appointment time!!!! A little hard to bear...
