Dr. Kristi Lynne St Martin, MD

She was the hospitalist for my loved one’s final day or two on earth. She never examined or addressed my loved one at all. I was there the whole time. CCU. But she was the one who had to sign the death certificate. She neglected to sign it until 11 days later. Only after the funeral home tried to get her to sign it for a week and the deadline passed to have the remains cremated in time for the funeral mass 13 days after death. She was several hours late on signing it. I had to go to the hospital in person and get medical records, CCU and Nurse- House Supervisor to contact her numerous times to make her sign it. I also made numerous phone calls to hospital staff. That should not be my job. The funeral home only notified me of the issue less than an hour before the deadline. But, why did St. Martin not sign it already? Disgraceful. Disgusting.
