Doctor kinel Is one of the best doctors I’ve been to in a long time. He always listens to My problems and addresses.

Dr. Kinel should be ashamed and embarrassed of his conduct. This doctor failed to conduct a procedure I requested, and then when I called to speak with him about it, he spoke to me in the most unprofessional tone I have ever heard from a doctor in my life, and hung up the phone on me. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in a doctors office, and he has lost my business for life.

Dr. Kinel was the only doctor in this town who listened to me about pain medication addiction and has helped me to become an ex addict. I have missed appt's at times but he is always understanding and is the only doctor in this town who takes you blood pressure himself and does not rely on staff to do those tasks. He takes his time and explains your treatment.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE! -stars! Our 1st experience here was not very good the doc didn't seem to listen or want to answer any questions charged us $45 for a physical. We decided to find another doc (best decision)Today we had to get blood work done and it turns out that we have a balance for blood work that he said " would be covered" AND WAS NOT! We went back to his office to request documents saying why he ordered those test and he had the nerve to say " he didn't order that test that we marked it ourselves!" I was shocked! When I asked him why would we do something like that he said "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!" Turned and walked away from us!Now we are stuck with a bill for HUNDREDS of dollars that he is not taking any responsibility for. All we were asking for was a paper from him saying why he requested that test and what we got was disrespected, a huge bill and treated like trash!! Never ever go there I beg you!!!!

This doctor is terrible. He does as little as possible in as little time as possible and refuses to correct any mistakes he or his staff makes. If you don't want poor to mediocre care stay away from this guy.. For what it is worth he and his staff all have a foreign accents.. I question if they have had training in the US. I made a big mistake going to him. It cost me money that Medicare was suppose to pay for but they didn't because of his mistake. He apparently is not familiar with their billing procedures and then he refused to correct things when it was explained to him how to do it. He thinks he is infallible. That is dangerous.

It's difficult to find a GP/family doctor who cares about his patients. Dr. Kinel does. Don't let his gentle demeanor fool you - he's very astute and will do his best to get to the bottom of what ails you. He really listens to his patients and is very easy to open up to. In short, Dr. Kinel is a keeper.

i have been going to dr kinel for about a year now, a couple 4/5 visits total. have you ever went to a doctor a felt that he was not giving you his time, you know the time YOU PAID FOR. well this is the one if you havent. i know on 2 visit the doctor just gave me perscription for pain meds without even taking the time to diag me are even find out the rout of the cause!!!!!. whats even funnier is when i went in for a my last visit to see him he accused me of selling pain meds on the street "you know cause im 31 years old and dress like a thug". THE DOCTOR SAID THAT HE COULDNT HELP ME WITH MY PROBLEM ANY LONGER CAUSE MY INSURNACE DIDNT COVER ANYTHING ELSE HE WANTED TO DO AND THAT HE WOULD PERSCRIB ME ANYMORE MEDS, HE WENT ALONG TO TELL ME HE FEELS THAT I AM SELLING THE MEDS ON THE STREET CAUSE THE LAST DRUG TEST I TOOK CAME BACK CLEAN WITH NO SIGN OF NARCOTICS!!!! FUNNY PART WAS I NEVER TOOK A DRUG TEST NOR HAVE I EVER GIVEN HIM ANY FLUIDS TO DO A TEST WITH. THE LAST VISIT BEFORE THIS… ONE I WENT THERE AND HE SUGGESTED A DRUG TEST AND I TOLD HIM OK NO PROBLEM, WELL WHEN I WAS ON MY WAY TO THE LAB HIS ASST DR CALLED ME AND SAID DONT GO NEVER MIND YOUR INSURANCE DOESNT COVER IT WE WILL DO IT LATER IN ARE LAB FOR ALOT LESS SO JUST WAIT. NO HE SAYS MY DRUG TEST IS CLEAN OF ALL MEDS BUT FUNNY I NEVER TOOK ONE. WELL WHEN I ASKED HIM THIS AND TOLD HIM THIS STORY CAUSE I RELISED HE HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING HE THAN STARTED TO THREATEN ME WIT HTHE COPS AND THE HOLE DONT RETURN BIT.THE BEST PART WAS WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR A COPY OF MY DRUG TEST YOU COULD ONLY GUESS WHAT HE SAID " WE DONT KEEP COPY HERE WE WILL SEND YOU ONE" NEEDLESS TO SAY ITS BEEN A MONTH AND STILL NO COPY. SHOULD CALL THE DEA ON HIM FOR BEING A LIER!!!!!!TAKE MY WORD FOR IT THERES ALOT BETTER DR IN LAS VEGAS, NO NEED TO BE LIED TO AND GAMES PLAYED ON!!!!!
