Dr. Kristian Matthew Morrison, MD

Dr Morrison is a great Doctor who listens to his patients and cares about them. He is the best Family Physician I have ever had. He is sincere and goes out of his way to care for you.

Dr. Morrison is great! I am one of the few who wants to get off ALL medications and he informed me what I needed to do in order for that to happen. He recommended an awesome nutritionist at Mountain State Nutrition. No pills and 47 pounds later I feel like a champ and my medication dosages are dropping as well. He could easily have handed me pills and a bill and sent me on my way. Thanks for caring Doc....

I set up my first appointment up as a physical with this doctor whom I was hoping would be my lifetime family doctor as I never had one before, after what I thought was a physical I was asked to come back and discuss my blood work from that day. My company pays for yearly preventative physicals but I received a bill for the first meeting. My wife and I spent months trying to work it out but one particular staff member refused to listen to the situation or do anything useful about it and was very rude. This staff member also provided incorret information to us and our insurance. I left messages for Dr. Morrison but none were returned as the billing department said he had been responsible for what was billed. I went back to the offices after giving up on phone conversations and tried to communicate with Dr. Morrison but was made to wait for almost 2 hours to resolve the matter. The Doctor showed me documentation listing items treated that were part of my history not the physical I… felt that at a physical you should present historical recent issues that may point to problems and our conversation included my history not what I was there for. I did not need treatment for my back as I already had a bill from a chiropractor for that. I also dont need to be billed for a rash as I was explaining that I do have odd allergies of the skin that I wanted my family doctor to be aware of in case something needed prescribed in the future. I did need to have doctor be aware that I have nasal allergies and told him what I take so he can prescribe when needed to prevent future sinus issues but again felt that was part of the physical. The conversation that day did not resolve anything as the doctor didnt want to change anything because it might have a negative effect for him; he seemed to blame billing and stated he knows nothing about how the billing works. I still feel that if he didnt directly treat it as it was historical information I shouldnt be billed for explaining my history. I already knew I have sinus allergies just needed to maintain what helped treat them so far. After a lot of back of forth though he finally said he would contact his supervisor as he is a company employee and call me back no matter the result and it may take a couple of days. I have waited over a week with no call and now I have a collection letter dated for yesterday I guess that is my answer. My company pays for physicals I just wanted a physical nothing else so much for a regular doctor. Most of this could have been handled better by that office as a whole. Had they been consistent in their responses and not claimed I had been in their offices for other issues that I had not been there for this would be over. I find it interesting that my dog's recent illness came with an estimate before surgery and care were provided yet we humans never know what the doctors and billing are going to make up in the hidden back office.

Great Doctor, seems to care very much for his patients.

His bedside manner leaves much to be desired. He actually doesn't seem to care very much, especially if the patient is female. His attitude was condescending and acted as though I were wasting his time.
