Dr Drew is caring about the patient. She gave the right diagnosis, explained the detail before surgery, and followed up during the covering.

Dr Brew really cares about her patients and really communicates well. She listens and explains things very clearly.

Let me start by saying that I usually have a good exoerience with Palo Alto Med Foundation and this doctor was friendly and nice. However, I visited this doctor one time and felt like my concerns were disregarded. I continue to have enflamed nasal and issues with my tonsils and all she could tell me is that it was heartburn. She used the most expensive procedure right away, I feel like it was just to make money, not becuase I actually needed it.

This is my second and last time with Dr. Kristin Brew. She is very reserve, abrupt even rude if you god forbid question her opinion. The first time I thought she was in a rush. The second time it was even worse. She couldn't tell me what is wrong with me on both occasions.
