Dr. Kristin Louise Bussey-Smith, MD

She apologized and said that they could not take me on as a patient. She is supposed to be a specialist in the field I need help in. Seems to me they are more like specialist on easy things and making a quick dollar then denying the rest.

Dr Bussey-Smith is my third Rheumatologist Doctor and she is simply AWESOME! She has all of the professional and personality qualities that I was looking for to help me understand and function with my medical issues. Her goal was to get me healthy again to continue doing what I love to do...personally and professionally. Today, I am there!! She provided me other healthy options and not focused only on the medications. However, when medication was required, she prescribed the minimum amount and closely monitored the results until the right dosage was achieved. Lastly, what other doctor provides their personal cell phone to ensure her patients can contact her outside of normal hours. Also, she chastises you when you don't call her on her cell!! She is a wonderful and caring doctor! I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a rheumatologist!

Fabulous MD! I wish every physician would run their practice like she does. Her staff member Wendy is exceptional as well! I've never had to wait and always get plenty of attention!

I am very pleased with Dr.Bussey-Smith. Very personable. She makes you feel relaxed. Dr. Bussey-Smith takes her time reviewing all previous medical history & current concerns or questions. Makes you feel like you are her only patient for the full appointment. The staff is very personable I love the relaxed & quiet office setting. Staff is always glad to see you. None of the hussle and bussle and long waiting time. Great doctor!

Dr Bussey-Smith takes the time to talk to you and listens to what you tell her. She is very thorough and gentle in her examinations. She makes each patient feel very special and she never hurries through an appointment.
