Dr. Kristin K Cassidy, MD

I'm used to doctors who do a comprehensive physical exam, not just listening through your sweatshirt to your heart and lungs and talking to you. My vet does more to my dog. I went one time before looking for a doctor who did more than "visit" with me.

Every time I needed to see Dr. Cassidy, she was never available for months. When you don't feel good, she can never get you in. I was always sent to the walk-in clinic and it is still continuing today. Find someone who cares as she does not. She obviously takes on more people than she can care for--for her profit.

Previously, I have seen several doctors, 3 pain specialists, 2 acupuncturists a Neurologist and Neurosurgeon that have put me through the preverbal wringer. They diagnosed me with chronic pain after performing an unsuccessful cervical fusion and sent me back to work worse than I started. I went back to the pain specialists for experimental steroid injections and narcotic pain pill therapy (yep, pain pill therapy) to help deal with the extreme pain. It cost me relationships, great jobs and hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical bills. Dr. Cassidy has been great at diagnosing the physical, mental and emotional issues I went to the previous doctors for. Dr. Cassidy working with my budget followed closely as the suggested specialists found an aneurysm and a metabolic disorder that was causing the constant pain, cramping and memory loss all with no narcotic therapy. Her nurses have called to help me understand appointments with specialists, changes in medicine and insurance. Dr.… Cassidy has been with me through the whole process including aftercare. The doctor and staff are always kind and attentive. I am blessed for having such a wonderful doctor.

I like her as a person, but as a doctor she has shruged off some of my symptoms, and doesn't continue with a plan of action, after a negative result of test, to find the answer.

Doctor Cassidy is a very good Doctor. She has a great bedside manner. She always makes you feel at ease in her office. My only complaint is not with her but with having to explain all your very private symptoms to the customer service reps before they'll even notify the Doctor or Nurse.
