This was my first visit with Dr Childress and I was very impressed with her kind, calm, demeanor Her nurse greeted me right on time and after she finished, the doctor came in immediately.( No delay!). It was so refreshing to have a doctor actually take the time to talk to me about issues, without facing the computer, typing frantically, with their back to me.. I really appreciated her ability to listen intently, clarify, then come up with a workable plan. Dr Childress is obviously very knowledgeable, and very thorough and I feel very lucky to be working with her. I was able to do the blood work immediately in the office, and results were completed in less than 48 hrs .So Dr Childress’s nurse Joy , is a pleasure to work with as well. Very”upbeat”, positive, and competent… Overall, this was one of the best medical experiences I’ve had in quite a long time….

Dr. Childress provides superior care, such a breath of fresh air in today's medical culture of billing hours at the expense of healthy outcomes. Dr. Childress is highly intelligent, kind, and thorough. She is what quality care should look like! Highly recommended.

In my experience, Dr. Childress is not a caring doctor. She did not treat my sister with respect when she came to her for help after being diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease. My sister receives better care from her regular family doctor. Please consider someone else.
