Dr Duque took an incredible amount of time to help my son find the cause of his cardiomyopathy. Shed assisted with the genetic testing needed in the diagnosis of a very rare disease, called Barth Syndrome. My family will always be indebted to her for relentless efforts to stabilize his condition.

After waiting over an hour and a half to be seen, I was told the wait would still be longer. No one from the staff offered an apology or told me they were running behind until an hour into my wait when I asked what was taking so long ( no apology was ever offered). I did not wait to be seen as I had another appointment to make. It didn’t feel like this office was respectful of patients time or valued their presence in their office. They said I could come back but couldn’t guarantee I would seen at my appointment time in another day, why would I go back?

She spent incredible amount of time and got to the root cause of why I was not feeling well. Office staff very professional and helpful. The Nurse was very knowledgable and educated me on my medication.

Very attentive. Extremely knowledgable, easy to talk with. Staff was very friendly professional, and helpful.

Terrible. While she knows her stuff, her staff and professionalism are awful. Her staff will consistently tell you that they are going to call you, then they don't. When you call, they of course "were just about to call you." You schedule appointments weeks and months in advance, only to have them cancelled and changed without the courtesy of a phone call. I showed up for surgery only to find out that it had been cancelled DAYS prior but no one notified me.
