The providers in this office are solely concerned with checking boxes. The sheer laziness is astounding. Three years after a mental health crisis, and they still haven't made a single update to their mental health referrals. With my additional history of and genetic predisposition to pulmonary embolisms, my recent breathing issues were of no concern to the lazy np who straight up took attitude with my request for a diagnosis and dissatisfaction with his 'professional'' assessment that I had a cold.

This lady will pass out any medications you want including controlled substances (opioids) and will not care if she gets you addicted. Evil.

They cannot seem to get refills done and entered into their software. They also have trouble with appointments and records... ? Dr Giannini is responsive but overbooked

I paged this physician twice who was on call for my own primary care physician for a question about influenza. She never called me back. Very unprofessional. I worry for her own patients.

Dr. G, as I like to call her, is one of the most caring doctors I have ever had. She listens, explains, diagnosis your situation. She will 'tell you' what you may not want to hear but it is because she cares and wants you to understand what is needed to move forward. Can't go wrong - the entire practice is fantastic. Been with them for 10+ years

Knowledgeable and up-to-date on current meds/procedures, resources, etc. Spends all the time you need answering questions. Personable, yet professional in her demeanor. Can't speak highly enough about her. Highly, highly recommend! Even have my husband seeing her and he concurs.
