As always I could not ask for a better PCP than Dr. Jacob. She is so professional but yet makes me feel very comfortable. She makes sure she not only covers previous issues I have seen her for but also addresses any new issues. She is very thorough and if she feels something in my health is questionable she will always do a referral for that specific problem. I am very confident with her decisions.

Diabetes check up. Dr. Jacob reviewed current BP, asked about home glucose testing results and listened to chest. A1C results came back and we were happy.
