In our experience we only encountered a front desk person and Kristin Jones. Both were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Kristin! She was kind, respectful and very helpful!

Attentive to my needs. Wish your "test box" had the ability to "coordinate' the ALD with the Phonak hearing aids. Seems your technical machines have a mind of their own and do not prove to be cooperative. Maybe you should have your employer provide you with technical machines that can do the job required to provide adequate care for your patients.sure would be nice.
