Scope of Services:
From preventive measures including regular physical exams, vaccines and chronic condition management, to personalized plans built around your unique health needs and goals, Kristin Jordan works with you to build lifelong health.

Preventive Care & Screenings: Annual well-woman visits, HPV tests, Pap smears, breast cancer screenings (mammogram referrals), and pelvic exams.
General Adult Medicine: Management of high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid issues, and obesity, with specialized care for heart disease and bone density.
Menopause Management: Evaluation and treatment of symptoms through, for example, bio-identical hormone therapy or low-dose estrogen, and vaginal health treatments (e.g., laser therapy).
Specialized Wellness: Nutritional counseling, mental health support, and other wellness assessments and resources.
