Dr Kipka is such a kind and compassionate doctor. I am so grateful for her care. I have recommended my friends to see her too!

I saw Dr. Kipka. I am appalled by a previous review I saw on here. I see that someone was mad about waiting 4 days for lab work- looks like they have no concept of what a busy clinic practice was like. Last clinic I went to, I got lab work back in 3 months- that's how things worked in Oklahoma.....Anyway, Dr. Kipka patiently listened to me as I expressed multiple concerns and she was very approachable. She is a very kind and competent doctor. I hope to take my kids, grandchildren, and my great grandchildren to her clinic.

Did not understand the concept of a return to work letter!

Understand doctors can run late sometimes. We got there 10 minutes before our appointment. Once we were taken to the exam room my husband & I waited well close to 1 1/2 hours to be seen. We should have been given the option of rescheduling after 30 minutes. Not only that my husband needed medication we were told by the nursing staff prescriptions had been sent to pharmacy directly. They were not. When you have new patients & they're in need of medication you should give them paper copies to take themselves. We've been waiting this far 4 days !!!! We've been waiting FOUR DAYS for bloodwork results as well !! I have serious concerns about excessive thirst & frequent urination at night as well as an under active thyroid. She completely wrote off & dismissed my thirst & frequent pm bathroom visits to "haha you probably have a sleep disorder" what ?? She wouldnt acknowledge my what I think is a serious concern. While she understood my husband's & my concerns for NOT wanting to get a… colonoscopies she's really needing to find a better way to schedule appointments & give patients options for rescheduling if things run far behind. This office is in need of some help. My husband and I don't think we'll be back. Well go visit another location not this one.
