SHE DESERVES 0 STARS BUT I HAD TO CHOOSE 1TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW I highly recommended this office all of the time....I guess it is all of the hygienists and assistants that are super nice and very comforting to kids when they go for a cleaning....but if your child ever needs a procedure of any sort that requires novocaine...DO NOT go to Dr Paoli! She should not be a pediatric dentist! What an ignorant person! I am dumbfounded by how she acted and things she said to me! She was in the room for a very short amount of time. My was daughter a nervous wreck. She looked in her mouth with the mirror and other pokey instrument for about 20 seconds, then put topical numbing gel in for a couple minutes,let her rinse,got up and went out to get the needle (sleepy juice as they call it there even though she "doesn't lie to her patient")....and doesn't get it that my daughter is 10 and realizes it's a needle,especially because she had a procedure over the summer) came back in,and asked her if… she was ready....she said really quietly, no, with tears falling down her both cheeks.... Dr. Paoli says, I'm not playing this game and I'm going to quit....so my daughter Says, it's going to hurt.....dentist says....it will pinch for a second then you won't feel anything (with no emotion, not in a friendly loving way at all..actually quite ignorantly)...I said, let's go (my daughters name) . It'll be a quick pinch and that's it....you need to do this....dentist asks again (didn't ever say open up wide) just....are you ready?(again) (What 10 year old child says,yup, I'm ready for you to stick a needle in my mouth...) she never said no I won't let you do it, just simple, quiet no...because she wasn't ready...still had tears... All of this(from when she first came in the room with the needle) happened in less than 3 minutes....She acted like a 2 year old...she said I'm not playing this game..I quit!....ripped off her gloves, threw them in the garbage, turned off the overhead light,turned off tv, turned off the nitrous, and stormed out of the room.....I was in shock! I couldn't even believe that just happened.....Then in a private conversation between the 2 of us..said to me....well lots more than this, but the comment that ticked me off the most was, She didn't take care of her teeth like she is supposed to and that is why she is in this situation...now she has to pay the consequences! DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS WOMAN! IF SHE CAN'T GIVE A SCARED CHILD MORE THAN 3 MINUTES OF HER TIME,WITHOUT STOMPING OUT AND ACTING LIKE A CHILD HERSELF...SHE SHOULDNT BE A PEDIATRIC DENTIST! AND TO SAY WHAT SHE SAID TO ME.....NEVER WILL AMY OF MY 3 CHILDREN EVER GO BACK! If anyone decides to go to this woman...Good Luck!

My daughters have always been scared of dental offices because of a bad experience at another dentist. Dr. Kristin Paoli and her staff were great! My girls both cried and were upset at first and Dr Paoli took the time to calm them and make it a positive turn around. Clean environment, friendly staff! Would highly recommend!

This practice cares more about making as much money as they can and not the best interest of their patients. They will have you spend a lot of money for unnecessary procedures.

We had a very bad experience trying to make an appointment with Dr Paoli. First time, we tried to make an appointment for our toddler for a check up. We left a message, but Dr. Paoli's office never called back. Nine months later, we found cavities on our toddler's teeth, called Dr. Paoli's office again, they called back 3 hrs later. But though I told them our kid's teeth are hurting, they told me the earliest appointment would be in Five Weeks! That was how they treat a hurting toddler, wait for another FIVE WEEKS! I couldn't believe what I was told but that what it was. We had to find another pediatric dentist.

Dr Paoli treated my daughter horribly. I took my daughter to get treatment for dental pain that she was having. Dr. Paoli immediately stated that she had to be scheduled at the surgical center for a numerous amount of dental work under general anesthesia. My six year old daughter asked Dr. Paoli to please fix her tooth, but Dr. Paoli said " I cannot fix your tooth." Dr. Paoli also talked down to me and made me feel like an awful parent. I took my daughter to a family dentist for a second opinion and as it turns out the tooth was not that bad and was easily filled while my daughter watched tv. Nor does she need any of the dental work that Dr. Paoli planned on going in the surgical center. I am not sure why she would put a child through a whole bunch of unnecessary dental work. She did not even try to fix my daughters tooth in the office. I was very disappointed that she did not have any patience or concern for my child. I felt like she was just trying to make money from doing… unnecessary dental procedures on a six year old child. When I tried to talk with her about my concerns she became very defensive and unprofessional.
