Summary
I became a physical therapist to decrease barriers to movement, and help others get back to living to their fullest. My treatment philosophy emphasizes self-efficacy; I want to empower others to care for their own bodies. I am a women’s and pelvic health specialist (and a yoga teacher) with special interest in chronic pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, and return to fitness postpartum. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, yoga, and lifting weights.
