Dr. Kristin Elizabeth Richter, MD

I have been going to this office for 32 years and my children have as well... over the years I feel it has gotten harder to get an appointment at the office and the receptionist unfortunately have the task of getting a bad name ... but as for the experiences with Doctor Richter she has been very knowledgeable and caring.

So I have seen a couple reviews that were speaking negatively about the service provided by the receptionist and honestly if this was a review about them well this would not be a 5 star they are quick to make you feel your concern is inadequate. But as for doctor Richter herself she is wonderful and caring and her nurses they are also a delight. I feel she has been thorough every appointment we have had and I have 3 children always making sure I am doing ok too as you know us mothers tend to worry about our children before thinking about ourselves. She gets 5 stars ??

Dr. Richter is a nice doctor, but she is impossible to get an appointment with. Her predecessor, Dr. Hofhuis, was my family doctor for decades and I could get an appointment with relative ease. Now, I have to call over 50, yes FIFTY times to get through to get an appointment and the receptionist has tried to defer me from booking. When I finally do get an appointment, it is weeks away. She needs to get an online appointment booking system.
