Dr. Kristin Anne Sargent, MD

The dr. Kristin Sargent has no patient/doctor communication skills whatsoever. She seem uninterested about patient care and questions. Showed a rude attitude

Dr. Sargent is very impersonal, cold, appears to be disinterested. I thought maybe she had a bad day, however, after 2-3 visits, it is her lack of professionalism. I pray for people like this, because, all of us want quality of care. She seemed so withdrawn, my visit was quick. Some doctors make you feel comfortable, she made me feel like I wasn't a priority at my appointment. In much prayer, that she will learn how to be caring and compassionate to her patients.

I was shocked at how little time she had for me. Either she was in a big hurry or that’s just the way she conducts business. In any case, it is unacceptable and I will not be seeing her again.

Dr. Sargent ruined my eyesight through two rushed cataract procedures. She gave terrible pre-op advice and spent very little time nor concern for her patients.

I had been to other doctors who couldn't tell me what was wrong with my eye. She listened patiently and immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it. My eye was better right away.
