Dr. Kristin Ann I Seiberling, MD

I made an appointment based on my primary doctors referral for an ENT. I called Loma Linda, they set me up with this doctor, walked in the office said ENT. The appointment lasted all of about 2 minutes and ended with "you should make an appointment with an ENT because we don't do ears here". Now not only was this a waste of my time because nothing got resolved from my visit but guess what.... I get a nice bill for $240 because they sure as heck billed for the appointment that I never should have been given in the first place.

Poor bedside manners. Defensive and rushed, not very thorough. Did not ask questions or listen for my symptoms. Very poor analysis. Rushed to the next patient, the scribe had to tell us that she was done seeing us. It is hard for me to believe the five star reviews are by real patients.

After years of struggling with sinus issues, finding Dr. Sieberling was a godsend. She was thorough with her initial exam and diagnosis of my issue. Under her care my sinus issues lessened almost immediately and completely disappeared after 3 weeks. Her follow-ups have been thorough, informative, and not rushed at all. She is very prompt with her appointment schedules. The staff is courteous and attentive. Overall, visits to her office are a good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Sieberling to family and friends.

I had no issues with the office or scheduling. Dr. Seiberling was on time which was a plus. She was direct and approachable. She explained things to me and took time to answer my questions. I would recommend my friends and family to see her

I liked the office environment. It was very clean and new. The staff was nice and I was seen right away. Dr seiberling was prompt and thorough. She explained things to me in a way that I could explain. I am already booking an apt for my husband to see her!

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Seiberling. I have already referred several of my family members and friends to her. The office environment is wonderful. The staff is nice. Dr. Seiberling is prompt and quick but spends enough time with me that I leave the office well informed.

Dr. Seiberling has been my doctor for almost a year. She did surgery on my sinuses and has made my life change dramatically. I used to battle with several infections a year and this last winter I didn't have any. She is polite, has great bed side manner, good with follow up and made me comfortable during all of my visits. I would highly recommend her to anyone. SHe does know her stuff.

Her staff was courteous and I was seen on time which is a rarity today in healthcare. She was able to diagnose my problem and outline a treatment plan that seems to be helping me now.

I liked the office environment; I thought she is rather impatient with me and she has other things on her mind while seeing patients. Her diagnosis was not explained nor was it effective or accurate for me. She does not seem to be highly concerned about patients and does not take time to make sure the patient leaves with full understanding of the problem. I like a doctor who thinks in-depth at the presenting problems and if he or she does not understand the cause of the problems, either the doctor should refer to a new doctor or tell the patient that I cannot make a full diagnosis.
