I’ve been a patient of Dr. Stratton for approximately 6 years and I think the world of her. She’s very bright, she listens well, she is compassionate and she works closely with my Oncologist as part of my ongoing care for breast cancer. Dr. Stratton referred me to a Dermatologist for skin related concerns and as a result we caught a squamous skin cancer early and had it taken care of. Again, she’s very bright and thorough which I greatly appreciate. She is also very kind.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Stratton's for over 4 years. She has very complicated needs both emotionally, mentally, and physically. I have attended every appointment with my mother as an advocate and protective care provider. Dr. Stratton has exuded attention to detail, advocacy, and support at every turn. When my mother needed specialized care, she provided compassion and full presence at all times. I have been caring for my mother for about 10 years, living in other parts of the state and country and have never experienced the compassion and competence we consistently receive from her and her team. She can provide reliable treatment more so if she likes you. Attitude is inconsistent. Can appear bored, aloof in session. Somewhat low energy. Seems to not care for people who want to participate in care, those who are assertive. Other negative reviews are accurate. Too bad because she seems bright enough but clinic work is high volume, stress producing. Sometimes her attention drifts elsewhere during patient visit. She seems to have the capacity to be a consistently competent. Doubt she will be in her role at BMC for the long term.

She wants to treat certain conditions and certain people. Specialist referrals are inappropriate. New to clinic work. Showing signs of early burnout.

Inconsistent. Quick to refer out of clinic when it isn't needed. Sometimes looses focus during exam. Able to give good treatment.
