Dr. Kristin Joan Witfill, DO

I have been a patient of Dr. Witfill off and as needed for about 16 years. She is so patient, thorough, knowledgeable and engaging. She has performed numerous procedures on me and I know that I will walk out of her office having been treated professionally and ethically. I've seen her mentor numerous doctors in training and she always takes time to answer every question whether from her students or from me.

Dr kris is the best ...my issue is the billing I have a cancer on my leg that I went to my appointment to be removed..front desk wouldn’t let me see her because of bill I don’t owe now threading me with collection also to find another dr. Been with her 10 years ...I’ve talked to Medicare ...they said I’ve met my deductible an I don’t owe that ...I have noo problem with dr kris or her girls..billing sux????

As a patient, you are entitled to ask questions. After years of debating whether or not to choose another Dermatologist, I have finally done so. She has little bedside manner and flusters easily when asked questions. She does make attempts to answer them but never seems knowledgeable. The straw that broke the camels back was three-fold. 1- after YEARS of going there she came in and introduced herself making mention that I was a new patient (um, my chart should be FULL ... ) 2- out of the 3 biopsies she did on me during my last visit, it was the one I brought to her attention after her “body check” that ultimately turned out to be basal cell. The 2 she thought were suspicious were nothing. (Before this, Ive had many biopsies done that turned out fine, as well) 3- there was no review of previous biopsy areas (why take pictures to see if they have returned if you are not going to recheck them as you claimed this was the reason for the picture in the first place?). You can probably draw… your own conclusions, as did I before I walked out prior to a Mohs procedure when she had no info regarding the biopsy and could not satisfactorily answer my simple questions. By the way, this Mohs procedure wasto be done on my FACE! I think I’m entitled to be concerned, cautious, and ask questions.

Perfect work..very artistic & talented. She makes us beautiful! Patient and efficient and knowledgeable. Very empathetic and Staff works alongside her and so supportive and smart. .Up to date best results. Students are helpful too and kind. She reconstucted defective facial features dramatically so I no longer hv the defects and look best ever. Thanks Doctor.

A very artistic approach I feel, she has restored my facial features and makes me look naturally more youthful and pretty after every filler or botox session. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL work! Caring, smart staff. Trainees extremely professional and kind too. Everyone works in harmony and all up to date on modern advances in this field so patients get the BEST care. The billing and front desk are efficient and courteous as well. Overall a 5* ...Dr. Witfill is unique...has the eye of a fine artist and she is attentive to detail and caring too.

I went in for a follow-up after surgery by Dr. Whitfill. I waited 1 hour after arriving for my appointment on time. I was finally escorted to an exam room where I was left in in a paper gown for half an hour without seeing Dr. Whitfill. I was cold and hungry and finally had to leave without anyone explaining why I had been abandoned. No one cared. I tried to speak to Dr, Whitfill but she did not return my call. This is not the way to treat a cancer patient. It appears She is motivated by something other than patient care.

waiting room was full but staff kept me updated and once I was in exam room it was very quick. The doctor had a student with her that was also very friendly!
