this lady is unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. She is a clown. Avoid.

Her attitude shifts every other appointment some days she’s helpful other it’s a bit off putting and dismissive

I was assigned to see Dr. Betsy Horton at Alpha Internal Medicine, but instead, I was seen by Miss Kristina Harpe. When I first met her, I found Miss Harpe to be lovely. I asked her how she got into her field, and I enjoyed hearing her wonderful stories. She listened to my concerns and was willing to go the extra mile to help me. However, during my second visit, I noticed a shift in her attitude toward me, and by my third visit, it became clear that something was wrong. I suspected that she might have been influenced by people who have bullied me in the past. Her behavior became unprofessional, and she didn't follow through on the promises she made. I have often been mistreated by certain individuals due to my past mistakes, and usually, I would just leave and seek help elsewhere, somewhere my history wouldn’t affect the quality of care I received. Unfortunately, my experience with Miss Harpe did not work out.
