This woman has a game to get people addicted to pain medication so they will keep coming back to her.

I thought she was a very nice lady. Very qualified and knowledgeable. I write this being I can never go back. She has her rules

Dr. Howell dropped me in the middle of a month because I did not go through with a knee procedure by which I would have to take off work and be put under anesthesia. I had just had an office injection by a Knee surgeon SHE had referred me to. I paid $800.00 out of pocket for that and I could not nor did I want to do another procedure one month later. The knee surgeon told me not to waste the money plus the injection he gave me worked great. But she still would not see me anymore. I am on some serious opioids and I can't believe she would build me up, she increased what I was taking, then just drop you. If she wants to make a professional decision to stop writing narcotic prescriptions that is fine. But to just drop your patient via a surprise phone call from the receptionist in the middle of a month is just unprofessional and dangerous. I am not even seeing her because of my knee, but she got hyper focused on it because she could do this expensive procedures whether I wanted it… or not. I feel like she was holding my next month of meds for ransom. I could have them IF I conceded to do a procedure that was going to cost three times what I paid in the knee surgeon's off office. BEWARE!!! She comes on all caring and nice, but hold on to your wallet because she will go after it in a blink of the eye.
