Dr. Kristina Pauline Hursey, MD

Being a new patient. I had a very positive experience with her. Myself along with my wife had prescriptions needed with in a couple of ours. I liked and so did my wife. Not every DR is for everyone. So far she is for us.

Very nice and professional physician. She listened to what you have to say and she did not have a tablet out while she did her visit with you. I found that refreshing and most of all she has "bedside manors", this is so important as a patient for me. Dr. Hursey, uses pen and paper while she's in the exam room with her patient doing her assessment's. I'm looking forward to being her patient.

Dr. Hursey is an amazingly warm hearted doctor who truly cares. She'll definitely get to the root of the problem. I can tell by her interactions with other patients that I am not alone in my thinking. I have a family member joining in a few weeks. I think her new patient appts are about 2 months out right now. But if you're between Doctors or looking for a switch, please check her out. She's about to get a call from every family member I know haven't seen a Doctor in year!

Myself and 3 family members have left the practice of Kristina Hursey. If you have anything more than a cold, she will send you to a specialist. This costs time and money when as an internist she should be knowledgeable to treat. It’s impossible to get someone to answer the phone to get an appointment. She absolutely treated my daughter terrible. Would not call in medication for 4 days for her. She was extremely ill. In my opinion she has a passive aggressive personality. Dr Hursey was a good physician several Years ago. Not sure what has changed but very sad.

Very difficult to get a hold of, fields out most problems to others, took four tries going to office to get a prescription filled. Any who have migraines will understand wanting to get some kind of relief right away not having to go back and forth getting a run a round to get some relief!

I'm very comfortable talking with dr hursey. She is determined to help you. Shows great concern with you.

This lady has a serious attitude. She’s extremely unprofessional and empathetic to anything you have going on outside her visit. On my initial visit she was very combative and argumentative. After the medical assistant gathered my documents. I received a phone call from the management office, I took the call because Kristina Hursey wasn’t in the room. Toward the ending of the call she enters the room, I then ended my call. She never introduced herself. The first thing she said was that I was rude. I immediately apologized and explained that being rude wasn’t my intention and that I ended the call once she walked in the room. She then continued to say that I didn’t have manners because I was on the phone when she walked in the room. She then continued to be combative, I left. I don’t want anyone to take care of me with that kind of attitude and negative energy. What a joke of a physician.

She took the time to go over all my RX and what labs I needed that I had been trying to get done for years, Thyroid especially. Now I am in 80% less pain then I was when I first saw her as my new internal medicine physician. I have referred multiple patients to her and everyone was as elated as I was to find a compassionate caring down to earth doctor that understands and listens to you her patients and makes them want to come back to every appointment with her.

Takes time to listen and has an extensive knowledge in all disease processes.

Someone I knew raved and raved about how much this doctor helped her. What a joke. The first time you see her she gives you this song and dance about how she is just like you and she has to see doctors also. She tells you that she doesn't even wear a white coat. Who cares? I thought at last, someone who will try to get me to the right specialty. It took a month for the office to even work on getting an MRI scheduled. No one ever even bothered trying until I called the office three times. Now that I've had it done, I can't get anyone to call me back about the referral to a specialist. I have made a big mistake changing to this doctor and now I'm going to have to start all over again. Maybe I can find someone who at least returns phone calls. Don't waste your time on this one.
