Dr. Kristina Cushing Muten, MD

Dr. Muten is exactly the kind of doctor I would want. She is there for me. She listens, she presents her thinking and she helps me decide for myself the best next step. It looks like she practices what she preaches ;-)

She will take you straight off medications you've been for years with absolutely no weaning off, even pills for depression/ anxiety. After having major spine surgeries following car accidents, both myself and the pharmacy would continue to call for refills but she wouldn't car and make you wait days in major pain until SHE decides she's ready!! Not ethical or professional! Even the pharmacist was frustrated each time and said he was sorry! The office is just as bad and will lie to you over and over. Telling you things like the insurance approval has been sent only to find out from the pharmacist that it hasn't even been sent so I had to personally go pick up the form from the pharmacist and take it to the doc!! I should NOT be doing their job, nor wasting my time and gas and remember, major pain! They should be ashamed! I could go on and on about the lies and run around and chasing down much needed meds! So very unprofessional and incredible lack of empathy!!! Glad to switch!!! Please,… do not go through what I had to, do not learn the hard way?!
