Summary
I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy within care of the health and well-being of my clients specifically looking at Family systems and generational patterns. I have been involved in the mental health field for 14 years. I currently maintain working in a private practice setting to provide life coaching and a group practice setting providing telemental health services. Additionally, I provide assessments and evaluations for pre-bariatric and spinal cord stimulator patients which addresses clients who struggle with maintaining a healthy weight and struggle with chronic pain respectively. I am fully licensed as a Professional Counselor and have recently earned my Doctorate of Philosophy in 2018 from Capella University in Advanced General Studies in Human Behavior with my dissertation published in qualitative research on the correlation between sexual and professional identity. Some things outside of the office I enjoy are reading, traveling, and cooking.
