Dr. Kristine Witmer Batten, MD

I'm not sure if Dr Batten was in a bad mood, or is generally that way. She was running late because of another patient not being on time, but I was only told this after sitting in the exam room for 40 minutes. I almost felt as if I were being blamed for her tardiness. She was brusque, rather rude and treated me as if I were an imbecile. I will not return to her office for any further treatment. In addition, it has taken her office 6 months to send a bill.

I would give Dr. Batten and her staff an excellent rating. I wasgiven all of the services that I required in a friendly, helpful,informative manner. I never felt rushed or disregarded, whichI feel is important to a patient.

Equipment (EKG and Holter) in very poor condition and caused additional time and testing. Doctor and staff are very unprofessional.
