Dr. Kristine Joy Hendrickson, MD

Dr. Hendrickson grew up in Minneapolis and then in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Dr. Hendrickson graduated magna cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN with a degree in biochemistry. She attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh and completed her residency in general pediatrics at Brown University in Providence, RI. Dr. Hendrickson completed her fellowship in pediatric critical care medicine at the University of Minnesota prior to joining Children's Respiratory and Critical Care Specialists. She is Board Certified by American Board of Pediatrics Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Hendrickson's special medical interests include traumatic brain injury and post-operative care for children with congenital heart disease. She has received teaching awards during residency and fellowship and enjoys teaching and supervising medical students, residents and fellows.
