I had a wonderful experience for my hearing test, everyone was professional and very friendly. My consult with Kristine to go over hearing test results was great! Kristine made me feel at ease and explained in detail my results. I had a great visit from beginning til end :)

Kristine was very helpful in explaining the process to obtaining new hearing aids. She showed me the different hearing aids available. She told me what the next steps would be and placed the order for my new hearing aids. Follow up appointments have been set up.

Kristine continues to be helpful and supportive through this process of learning to use my cochlear device. She is very positive ,informative ,knowledgeable and easy to talk to! I also bought a Resound Nexia hearing aid for my left ear and she paired it up to my cochlear device so I would have a better hearing experience!

Dr. Kristine is so nice, friendly & very pleasant to work with. Her testing instructions were “very clear”
