Dr. Kristine Elaine Sanden, MD

Dr. Sanden was the on call doctor when I put through a refill request. She put my refill request through for a different amount than usual and required a follow up test to continue my script. At no point did she or anyone else reach out to let me know this, I had to reach out to the office to find out why my scrip was short. Also, I have never met Dr. Sanden and she is not my prescribing doctor, so I love that she's making medical decisions for me without even speaking to me. I will now be without my meds for two weeks as I put through my refill request on a certain day due to losing my insurance for a month between jobs and she decided to put it through for less with no discussion or reaching out. Again, I've never even spoken to her. If you're going to mess with another doctor's prescription, maybe reach out to the patient to discuss it.
