Poor communication and complete waste of time! I called the day before and was supposed to get a call back that evening from Joe; who was going to take my ID number and verify coverage before making the 45-minute trip the following day. I never received a call back the evening before. However, I received a call the following afternoon to come in 2 hours later due to a cancellation. Joe never verified my insurance, so once I got there and waited about 10 minutes. He started the process of running my insurance and unfortunately he said they took Aetna but not the Aetna I had. This was a waste of time and this was an emergency visit as I needed a cap recemented because it fell off. I would definitely make sure you have the office or you verify insurance prior to going to this provider! Never received treatment so no comment as to the Dentist.
