Dr. Kristopher Azevedo is a family medicine physician who brings eleven years of clinical experience to his practice. He earned his medical degree from The Robert Larner MD College of Medicine at the University of Vermont and completed his residency training at OHSU Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Azevedo provides comprehensive healthcare services for patients of all ages, from pediatric care through adult medicine. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve diverse patient populations in his community.
