I called to set up a first time visit, the first thing the clerk did was put me on hold. I got disconnected on my end due to me being at work and trying to set up this important appointment between my clients. When I called back the first thing she said was " you hung up on me ma'am" with a ugly tone. Which for one there was no need for her to bring that up and another its not important. I still went on and explained to her that I was at work all she did was cut me off asking me for my name and dob. With that kind of staff working in the front I don't even want to step foot in that office. I work at a clinic myself and that's no way to talk to a patient. I was very disappointed. I told the clerk I no longer wanted an appointment. I have calls that get dropped all the time its sad that she needed to make it a point that the call was dropped.

Such an amazing OB she listens and explains perfectly fine I totally recommend her ?

The Dr. is great, but the staff is not helpful at all they never answer calls, they don't call back to f/u on a concern.
