Worst patient care ever. Was lectured for multiple things and this was after waiting in the patient room for an hour. Nurses came in three times to tell me they could not find her. She is rude, uncaring, and very arrogant. Avoid this practice, especially this doctor if you can!

I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. I have tried twice to see this office, both times I have left because of uncaring and rude front office staff. I did not have my insurance card on my; however I was right beside where I could get it. I got to the office early, called around for the card, then finally told the front office manager I could run across the street to obtain. I was met with an uncaring, rude face stating my appt is t 9:30 and they will not see a late patient. I wasn't late, I had been there for 15 minutes already. I told the lady I could fax her a copy, and she said no I could not be seen. I took off work AGAIN, for nothing. Horrible customer service
