I had gone in to the ER in extreme pain Ontiveros came in she looked at me i told her everything about my pain she touched my back said we will do a CT scan everthing came out looking good BUT im still in pain Ontiveros came and said nothing we can do, i said im hurting bad i was crying in pain, she said ER is for ORGAINS ONLY nothing i can do for you and she left. I left with no medication for pain, i feel that she looked at me as if i was only there for meds. next day had to go to mountain view hospital. this was so wrong. She was Rude and didnt even help at all for the money we spent to see a DR and they dont help. she didnt even ask anyother questions bout where the pain is or anything

Never saw the doctor and received a 700 bill for services not performed. Went in for a kidney stone and she ordered a CT if the head
