DO NOT VISIT THIS OFFICE!!! They will take your money. I have blue cross insurance and was told they can not charge a co-pay nor bill my insurance for the appointment visit, so they charge over $200 for the appointment. I was told I would be refunded if my insurance covered the visit after I made the payment. I made the payment will full confidence of my insurance covered. They took over $200 from me, and then billed my insurance for over $300 which was almost 100% covered. As a result, I was owed over $100 in refund. I have made 4 phone calls to their office and been told multiple times that I would receive a follow up call from their office and/or their 3rd party billing office, as well as receive my refund. It has been almost 3 months since they billed my insurance and I have not yet been refunded.
