Dr. Kritzia Alana Pineda Monroy

Dr. Pineda has poor bedside manner, has an issue with self-advocacy and thinks its ok to patronize and berate people before knowing any facts. She failed to notify her patients that she was leaving so that there was ample opportunity to seek another doctor.

Dr. Pineda is a very knowledgable and caring physician in her field. She cares about each patient that walks through her office doors. She takes her time and knows exactly what to do incase of any situation that occur. I found out that i had Covid after two years of dodging this dreadful disease. I was sick and in pain. I spoke with Dr. Pinada a week prior via telehealth and she had me at ease that everything would be okay, but it was the following week that the staff made a mistake at the office that got me upset. Dr. Pinada reached out to me later that day and called me the following morning in regards to my sickeness. I want each patient to know when visiting her office your in good hands with an amazing and caring physician who lives by the core values of Holy Cross Hospital.

IF YOU HAVE COVID DO NOT CONTACT THIS DOCTOR!!! IF YOU ARE SICK AT ALL "DO NOT CONTACT THIS OFFICE"!! Her staff is incompetent and very rude.. The staff act like they are from the streets.. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR OFFICE!!1

I received care twice from Dr.Pineda. She is very knowledgeable and caring. However I won't return tdue to the office staff. They are rude, ineffective (never received my prescription details or test results) and overcharge. Although I was wearing a mask, the receptionist (who was wearing her mask under her nose) demanded that I remove mine (a double layerd fabric mask) to put their type of mask, handling it in the process before I was forced to put ot on.
