Dr. Krysbel Quero

Krysbel Miguelina Quero is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has 7 years of experience working with young adults and adults, using her skills to help her clients create personal growth and live happier/fulling lives. Krysbel has worked with people from different walks of life who have struggled with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), stress management, life balance, and challenging cultural oppression. Krysbel completed her Bachelor of Science (BS) in Forensic Psychology at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and her Master of Science (MS) in Mental Health Counseling at Long Island University-Brooklyn. She utilizes evidence-based approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, positive psychology, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)-informed.
