Dr. Jack is amazing! She knows how to have a conversation with kids, her bedside manner is excellent, and she actually listens and takes her time. My daughter loves seeing her for well checks and sick visits.

We went through four pediatricians trying to find a diagnosis for our little ones struggles, she knew what it likely was a confirmed it on her own time prior to follow up. Great doctor.

We LOVE Dr. Jack. At our previous pediatrician office we had negative experiences and my daughter had white coat syndrome. That all changed when we started seeing Dr. Jack. She listens to me and always talks and listens to my daughter like a person not a number. Dr. Jack is wonderful.

Dr Jack is so easy to talk to, my daughter loves her. She listens to my daughter & takes her time with her. Dr Jack is our go to Doc at Southern Meds

This is the second time that I had a chance to meet Dr. Jack. She listen and heard my concern and gave me great advice and recommend me to several options.

Dr. Jack has been absolutely amazing with my two younger children. She is patient, gentle, and always takes the time to make sure I understand everything about their care. She listens to my concerns and reassures me with knowledgeable, thoughtful guidance every visit. I truly appreciate how kind she is with my babies and how thorough she is in making sure they’re healthy and thriving. Her compassion and professionalism make every appointment a positive experience. I’m very grateful for a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and their families. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jack is amazing, I choose her before I had my son and I’m happy with the decision I made. I feel like she actually listens to me when I have concerns about my son’s health and his development, and as a first time mom who’s trying to be “perfect” she ensures that I’m doing a good job and puts my mind at ease. She interacts well with my son. I truly appreciate her and her staff.

Dr. Jack sees both of my girls - she is the absolute best at what she does! Her bedside manner and mom-to-mom skills are what sets her apart. I would recommend Dr.Jack to anyone and everyone- she truly has made such a difference in our lives and has made such a welcoming demeanor for my kiddos at the DRs!
