All but one doctor I saw here had been very rude and insufficient. Staff is also rude. One doctor was complaining about not making enough money to do injections and heard him being mean to an elderly pt, pain management doctor. If you want tobe treated with respect go elsewhere.

I wen to Dr Reddy for a couple of years. They do not provide very good services. I did not like that I was always waiting for something to get done. Especislly urgent tests (dont in the office) that took over a month to get results for! And not agressivly taking a condition seriously enough, where I ended up in the emergency room 2 days later!

Dr. Reddy is great. Short, sweet & down to the point. He figured out the disease that I have and has helped me get through it. Great bed side manners and good sense of humor. His staff is also fantastic & his new managemnt has really turned things around.

The office is mismanaged, telephone communication is next to impossible, and even the simplest of things like having a prescription sent to the right place, on time, and with all the right info is never done properly. I have had to go into the office and stand over them in order to get proper service. Plus the doctor can't be bothered to look you over properly to form a diagnosis. All he wants to do is check off the forms, and send you to a specialist. I went in there with a blood clot in the groin, which he initially would not even bother to examine, until I insisted, and then he realized that there was indeed a big problem. it could have been life threatening, but he was unresponsive and negligent. Definitely not recommended.

The nurse named Herma is who I have seen for my first and then my last visit with them because after seeing her twice I left their practice. She has horrible bedside manner and does not listen to any symptoms or complaints I have. I made the appt. because I have had severe stomach pain and nausea with a loss of apetite. Anything I do manage to get down comes right back up after about ten mins of terrible pain. I have lost 50lbs in two months. I can't take care of my kids because I am so weak now. I am severly underweight now and I look like I am about to die. I got insurance and made an appt. She interrupted me over and over and kept telling me its prob IBS. I tried telling her I have no gas, no bloating, and my bowel movement are completely regular. She put in three referrels and made a follow up appt. No one called in the next three wks about my appts. even after I called the doctors office on three different occasions and told them no one was calling me and I was still sick. She… sent me to the lab to get blood drawn also. I show up three wks later for my appt and she has not gotten the results to my blood work and then tells me since no one called me about the referrals she will put them in again and we will do the whole appt. over. At this time I was almost in tears. I am sitting there with my 16 month old baby girl begging her to help me. I tried telling her what goes on every day but she wouldnt listen. She says just come back in two wks. I already lost another 10 lbs between the last two visits. I am so tired of going through this every day, I have no quality of life. I am 25, I have no past health issues. Anyway, in tears I asked her to please help me because I didn't know if I could make it another two weeks and that I didn't feel she was seeing the severity of the situation and the lady slammed her book down on the counter and said, "you can come back when you can talk right" and walked out of the office!!! I couldn't believe it! Needless to say I told them I would not be returning. The receptionist was very pleasant but I have no idea what this lady's problem is, but she has a serious problem with her communication skills. And everyone in the waiting room agreed. I don't know why they allow her to work with patients. Watch out for her if you go.

does not dianose properly..orders too many unnecessary tests...orders test that donot relate to what your asking him about ..he give pills for everything, every pain is arthiritis..only tests blood 2x a year ..concentrates on hearttest which is most expensive.. doesn't give back through results of testing..
