This office in Irvine was fast, easy, clean, friendly and helpful. I'm very glad that I went there.

The new location classy, yet welcoming. The store has a vast selection of the most popular brands. Lilian was patient with helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses that I now love to wear all the time. Dr. Chang really cares about how I should take care of my vision and she gives great advice and recommendations on how to do so. I always look forward to my appointments.

What draws me to this office is the technology used during my eye exam because each time I've come, I feel I have the best chance of getting a good and thorough eye exam. More importantly, I really like Dr. Chang because she explains things in ways I can understand. I have never heard of meibomian glands before and she's the one who noticed they were clogged, for which she gave me easy treatment recommendations. Thank you Dr. Chang for a pleasant and caring patient experience!

Wow, I really like this new location! This is my second year going to Dr. Chang. I was referred to her by friends and I love how sweet and caring she is. She always takes the time to review and explain any changes she sees in my vision. I don't feel rushed like at some other places. The new store is bigger and I think I found the perfect pair of progressive glasses this year. Alan was the one that helped me today. He was very friendly and helped me pick the right frame. I liked that he didn't pressure me into getting the most expensive frame but just gave me his honest opinion.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Chang when she was at the LensCrafters in Westminster. During my visit with her, I was so impressed with her dedication, her sweetness and professionalism. She was very patient and friendly, giving me plenty of time to answer and figure out which power of lenses was better or worse in order for her to finalize the best prescription for my vision. This summer, I went back to LensCrafters in Irvine Spectrum to buy sunglasses. I was surprised to see Dr. Chang at this location. It turns out that she took over the Irvine Spectrum location. Dr. Chang just finished with one patient, and even though she had other patients waiting for her, Dr. Chang took the time to stop and say hello to me. It was really nice to see that she remembered me. Year 2017 is touching it's end, and to have a good start for 2018, I need to have my vision checked. Irvine Spectrum is further for me but I came to see her again. I got the perfect pair of glasses thanks to… her. The staff at Irvine Spectrum is friendly and makes you feel welcome. It's not always easy to find a doctor that cares about you and not see you as just a number. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends and family but parts of me just wants to keep her for myself!

My exam went well, thanks to Dr. Chang who gave me good tips on eye care and recommended me products to help with eye relief given my use of computer between 10-15 hours per day. Dr. Chang was consistent and steady in carrying out my eye exam. She also went over the retina image with me to help make sure I understood some of the image details that I had questions about. The store staff were really friendly. Greeted me and instantly offered to help as soon as I stepped into the store, which made me as a customer feel welcomed. This location made my new eyeglasses really quickly. On the day I picked up my glasses, the staff made sure the glasses fit appropriately on my face and answered the questions I had for them. All in all, a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Chang and her staff to my family and friends.
