Very patient and provided good, compassionate care

Easily the most HORRIBLE doctor I have ever met. His patient assessments are done OVER THE PHONE when he calls in and without his seeing the patient. When he does see the patient, it is for two minutes max, just so he can meet the legal requirements. He does not stick to a schedule. So if you want to talk to him in person, you have to get lucky. If you call him with an emergency situation regarding a patient, it is 24 72 hours before anything is done because it is hard to get Dr. Saran to answer phone calls.This man will completely leave your family in the dark about your loved one's condition. Likewise, he disregards a patient's or family's opinions. He leaves diagnosing up to the nurses some of which have the bare minimum requirements to obtain a nursing license. In a nutshell, he is neglectful. My loved one was screaming in pain, grasping his groin (due to a urinary tract infection) and was begging for water. What did Dr. Saran do? Nothing. He did not even offer some… painkillers. Another doctor had to write the orders to get my loved one sent to ICU - by then it was too late. It is clear that Dr. Kumar Saran upholds different standards.
