1983 -2015 Patient, Office Visits Are Worth The Wait....I'am Alive!!! Dr & Staff: Thanks!

I have been going to Dr Nam for thirty plus years, and have never been dissatifed with this work or opion. I would proudly recommend him to anybody.

I would not recommend this doctor AT ALL. My entire family and I have been his patients for years. Especially recently I have noticed that he treats patients like paychecks rather than people. His office is grossly overbooked always and if your appointment is for 10 you might not get in until 12:30. More than one of his employees are terribly rude and unprofessional. They even tried to bill us multiple times for the same visit. On top of that, more than once Dr. Nam has ignored MAJOR health issues occuring in members of my family. It is almost like he wants the patients to tell HIM the diagnosis. He is far from what a doctor should be. I don't know if it is just because he doesn't care or because he sees too many patients or because he just doesn't know what he's doing, but a doctor should be checking for problems BEFORE they occur...not just do damage control after a catastrophe (which has typically been the case concerning care of members of my family). SO MANY problems my family… suffered could have been caught and resolved early if we just wouldn't have blindly trusted Dr. Nam's answers. Once we went to other doctors we saw the difference and got the care we needed. For some it was too late. We won't make that mistake ever again.
