Crazy wait times. Two-three minutes with practitioner; 45-60 minutes of waiting. In all the times I’ve been here zero physical exam done. And epidurals injections are invasive. But boy they bill thousands for them. What is the CPT for Revenue Enhancement? No exam prior to invasive procedure? No thank you. Questions answered? A couple. No is the answer. A vet examines your animals before anything is recommended. So guess how high you will rate. Bored and rude staff. Too busy chatting away in Spanish the second you turn your back. Isnt med info supposed to be private ? Website says he does shoulder injections but staff says no. One practitioner will contradict the next. You never know who you will see. No physician/patient relationship established. If you just want pills pills and more narcotics, just make up a couple symptoms. They won’t check anything. Go druggies go; this is the place for you. I recommend telling them a history of neck and back surgeries. They will… not obtain med records for verification. Or even raise your shirt to see if there is a scar. Tell all your friends.
